James Farrell, co-author of ‘Being in Nature’, is speaking at the Seed Talks Holistic ADHD Summit on 31 January in London, on the subject of how ADHD and Nature can thrive together.
It’s a great lineup that includes Prof James Brown, Jane Sedgwick-Miller, Lisa Smith, Liam Wignall and Deba Choudhury – speaking on topics including physical health, anxiety, trauma, weight loss, and kink!
His talk draws on ADHD Coaching, the science of nature connection, the importance of nature for mental health and wellbeing, and the role that greenspace and natural environments can play in managing ADHD. It builds on research James has collated and shared with the UK Government recently, that highlights the vital importance of accessible natural greenspace for mental health and neurodivergence – and how connecting with Nature can generate environmentally positive behaviour.
You can get tickets to the Summit at: https://lnkd.in/eiw6Au4Q. James will be there to speak and run a couple of grounding sessions, and will have copies of ‘Being in Nature’ for sale.
