A simple guide to recognising the potential that nature has in providing us with peace and calm in a hectic world.
A series of steps to reducing anxieties in modern times with clear guidance of activities and the potential benefits to mental health and well being. Beautifully illustrated which adds to the calm. Not too wordy and a book I would buy for a friend who just needed that simple nudge to recognise that the beauty of nature and life away from the smart phone and technology can ultimately bring so much to our individual health and view of life.’ – Stephen R, Educator

Being in Nature is a simple yet effective guide to practicing mindfulness outdoors. Farrell and Evans takes us through each season and teaches us ways we can connect with and appreciate nature. The colorful illustrations were a great touch. There were certain areas where the practices felt a bit repetitive, but it’s still a great guide that inspires new ways to see and appreciate our planet. If you’re looking for ways to be more present and connect with nature, I would recommend this book.’ Her Digital Coffee

The illustrations are simple and soothing. A great tool for parents, therapists, teachers and all who want to spread the word on how important nature is to our wellbeing. Activists – this book is a gentle call to increase your ranks amongst those not yet engaged in sustainability.’ Good Reads
